Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 September 2026

1. Operator and contact

Bniya Plus is operated by Uriya Saada, an individual in Israel. Contact for service, privacy and cancellation requests: uriyasaa150@gmail.com. The service is available to businesses and individual customers in Israel.

2. Agreement and accounts

The registration form asks you to accept these terms and acknowledge the privacy notice. We record your account identifier, the document version and the time of acceptance. This is not permission for advertising. Account holders must be at least 18 and authorised to provide the information they enter. Protect your access details and report suspected misuse.

3. What the service does

The service records attendance, working hours, sites, shifts, payment entries and reports. Pay figures are estimates based on recorded hours and the rate entered; they do not automatically account for all overtime rules, breaks, benefits, taxes or deductions. This is not a payslip, payroll certification, accounting or legal advice. Employers must check the records and comply with employment law independently.

4. Personal information about others

Only enter information you are authorised to process for a lawful purpose. An employer must inform workers about attendance processing, recipients, purposes and applicable rights. A manager ticking a box does not provide consent on a worker's behalf. Do not enter identity-document copies, medical details, payment-card numbers or unrelated sensitive information in free-text fields.

5. Prices and subscriptions

A free trial account does not by itself authorise a charge. Review the price, currency, taxes, billing interval, limits and any automatic renewal in the checkout before completing a paid purchase. The current web checkout uses Paddle; its payment and privacy terms also apply to its processing. A payment provider does not replace your non-waivable rights against a responsible supplier.

6. Cancellation and refunds

See the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the contact details on this site. You may submit a cancellation request without providing a reason. The legal effective date, any proportional payment and refund rights depend on the transaction and applicable law; a billing-cycle end date never overrides a mandatory earlier termination date. Closing a profile and cancelling a paid subscription are different actions.

7. Availability and responsibility

Errors or interruptions can occur; check reports before relying on them and keep required records. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, absolute security or guaranteed financial results. Nothing in these terms excludes a duty, remedy or liability that Israeli law does not permit us to exclude, including mandatory consumer protections.

8. Content and intellectual property

You retain your rights in information you provide and allow its processing only as needed to supply the service. Do not submit content that infringes another person's rights. Third-party software, icons and other materials remain subject to their respective licences; no ownership of them is claimed.

9. Changes and law

Israeli law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or the jurisdiction provided by law. The document date identifies this version. A privacy notice is not blanket consent to new purposes, and merely continuing to browse is not consent to optional tracking. Material new uses requiring consent must be presented separately before they begin.
